Why It Matters! Dinosaurs - What We Know and What We Don't Know.
Dinosaurs are one of the first and most effective ways in which evolutionists introduce evolutionism to the very young and promote evolutionism to all ages. People who watch such movies as Jurassic Park and watch so-called documentaries about dinosaurs on PBS, National Geographic and Discovery Channels probably go away thinking that they have actually learned something about dinosaurs, they couldn't be more wrong. Dinosaurs are probably the most studied and least understood of the extinct animals.
From the fossil record we do know dinosaurs size and shape, we know that the mothers laid eggs and what they ate before the Genesis Flood. From historical records, primarily artwork from caves and stones, we know that dinosaurs coexisted, although not always happily, with humans before and after the Genesis Flood. What we don't is their color, color doesn't fossilize, what sounds they made and the most important thing to understand about animals, their intelligence and behavior.
Evolutionist's imaginative stories masquerading as "documentaries" are effective in promoting their religion of evolutionism. Unfortunately for them the facts get in the way of their storytelling. A few years ago a paleontologist named Mary Schweitzer broke open a dinosaur bone in the process of extricating it. Upon looking inside the bone she was shocked to find flexible blood vessels there. Since Mary Schweitzer is committed to evolutionist stories that dinosaurs died out 65 million years ago, she had no explanation for how this could have happened.
The flexible blood vessels, when taken with the hundreds of dinosaur pictures found on five continents, tell us the same story, that dinosaurs were alive within the last few thousand years.
Evolutionists routinely dismiss such inconvenient evidence because admitting to the truth would seriously damage their religion of evolutionism. When properly understood dinosaurs are some of the best evidence for both Creation and the Genesis Flood. It is important for Christians and all those interested in the truth to understand that all true science and history confirm the truthfulness of the Biblical account of history, including the truth about dinosaurs.
