Bible and History
No Good, No Bad in Godís Creation?
God created a perfect world and if used the way it was intended it would have stayed that way. When sin spoiled Godís creation it did it by distorting what was already there. There is nothing in Godís creation that is intrinsically good or bad. It is what is done with it that determines which it is.
The Bible is full of lies; it is after all a true history of the world. The first lie being in Genesis 3. There Satan, in the form of a serpent, tells Adam and Eve a series of lies, but in those lies was some truth. The most effective lies always have some truth in them to make the lie appear true. Compromisers love to ask couldnít God have created by using evolution over millions of years? The answer is of course that God could have done anything that He wished to do, but what did He say that He did do? In clear language that takes no special education to understand, God tells us that He created all things in six days a few thousand years ago. The best argument for this is that Jesus, the one we trust for our salvation, fully endorsed all that Moses had written and an earth only a few thousand years old. When asked about marriage Jesus said, And he answered and said unto them, Have ye not read, that he which made them at the beginning made them male and female. Matthew 19: 4, not billions of years after Creation. When speaking about Genesis Jesus said, For had ye believed Moses, ye would have believed me: for he wrote of me. But if ye believe not his writings, how shall ye believe my words? John 5:45-46
Those who want to see the truth need only look at what God has said. Those who seek to compromise Godís Word will always find a way to deny Godís truth.
